big-ass fangs

After taking this picture i ran away screeching like a little girl. Why would anything's fangs be this huge? Why?

so it can issue it's venom in large quantities and quickly, and then drink your fluids faster. braaahahahahaahaaa! ...ick!

you know this is like the brown recluse that bit me. it issues a power packing hemotoxin venom that either breaks down your body tissue or prevents your blood from clotting. either way - if you don't get away, you're in deep cah-cah. and if and when you do - you end up with a crater at the bite site due to rapid tissue death.

in short - running away like a little girl was actually an act of great valor and wisdom. Well done Braveheart.
